Introduction
Spirit Level Services provides a wide range of high quality property transformation services for domestic and commercial clients.
Established in 2002, SLS thrives on being creative, interpreting the clients ideas and turning the dreams into a reality. We’ve grown from one man in a van to a core team of 13 with subcontractors working on all sizes of projects. We have everything under one roof taking the hassle out of organising, structuring and coordinating different trades on a project.
Jobs are approached from an engineering point of view, which involves attention to detail through all aspects, from first contact to handing back the keys.
We take the time to find out what you’re looking for and we offer a free, no obligation initial consultation to establish your needs, budget and timeframes. We’re also meticulous in pricing: every project is costed to the penny beforehand with regular financial updates throughout.
On each project a Contracts Manager is provided: a single point of liaison throughout the duration of the project. He ensures that the work is delivered to a high standard and that you are pro-actively informed of progress — and of course, he’ll be able to respond quickly should you request revisions or have any concerns.
