Firstly, a free appointment with our Estimator and/or design consultant at the property.
We will then provide a comprehensive survey, feasibility study, and initial cost estimate.
- Design & Approvals
Upon instruction, we will then take a deposit and provide detailed architectural and structural drawings.
Our team can assist with with planning applications and building regulations.
- Construction Phase
We then begin groundworks, foundations, and drainage infrastructure.
Followed by structural build: walls, roof, doors, windows, and external finishes.
Finally, Internal works: plumbing, electrics, plastering, joinery, and decorative finishes.
- Handover & Aftercare
You will then be invited to a final walkthrough and snagging inspection with your Project Manager who will provide a handover pack including warranties, maintenance guidance, and regulatory certificates.
We can provide ongoing support following completion, including a 12 month warranty.

Firstly, a free appointment with our Estimator and/or design consultant at the property.
We will conduct a loft survey, head-height check, and feasibility report and provide an initial cost outline.
- Design & Planning
We will provide 2D and 3D drawings to help you visualise your new loft space.
Our team can assist with with planning applications and building regulations.
- Structural Works & Insulation
We will begin by strengthening of joists or steel beam installation.
We would then add high-performance insulation in walls, floors, and roof-fully compliant with Building Regulations.
- First-Fix & Second-Fix Construction
First-fix carpentry: floors, partitions, staircases, and window openings.
- Second-fix: plumbing, electrical work, plastering, joinery, and full decorative finish.
- Handover & Warranty
You will then be invited to a final walkthrough and snagging inspection with your Project Manager who will provide a handover pack including warranties, maintenance guidance, and regulatory certificates.

We will assess drainage, floor levels, and structure. We will then provide an initial cost outline.
- Design & Approvals
We will then provide drawings, elevations, structural calculations, and submit building control documents.
- Structural Works & Weatherproofing
We would then begin construction with floor slab reinforcement, lintels, insulation, roofing upgrades, and finishes to match your home.
- First-Fix & Second-Fix Trades
Finally, we will install internal partitioning, services installation, plastering, flooring, and decorating.
- Snagging, Handover & Aftercare
We will then visit for a final inspection, provide a handover pack with warranties, maintenance guide, and information for ongoing support from our aftercare team.
