Primary Construction & Services Installation
This is when we would complete structural upgrades, groundworks, reinforce walls and floors. We install plumbing, electrics, HVAC, ventilation, and gas systems in line with commercial specifications.

Secondary Construction & Fittings
At this point we complete internal plastering, flooring, and drywall. Install any new kitchens and/or bathrooms. Install any cabinetry, tiling, and specialist finishes.

Interior Decorating
This is where we decorate, install furniture, signage, branding elements and any other finishing touches

Handover
We conduct a final inspection with you, provide you with a handover pack. You will also have a one-year warranty for your peace of mind.
