The aim of our service is to offer a complete, “one call” package for all your property transformation requirements, and we take care of all the additional "hassle" that comes with carrying out work on your property.


Spirit Level Services Ltd is an "all inclusive" Property Transformation Company serving the East Sussex area.


It is owned and managed by Richard Butler, a qualified Engineer who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction industry, refurbishments and improvement with its associated trades.


For example, most trades are covered in house, therefore there is no need for the customer to find their own carpenter, plumber, electrician and plasterer. Where specific trades and qualifications are required such as Gas Safe Register^TM (formerly known as CORGI) gas work, Part P Electrical installations and Structural Engineering calculations, we have spent years finding the best sub-contractors and professional partners in the area and have built close, trust-worthy working relationships with them.


As part of the service we offer we can also complete and submit Building Regulations and Notice applications on your behalf if your project requires it.
